It started innocently as a conversation between two friends and soon I was exploring the world of Liege Waffles. Once I learned more about these unique and delicious waffles I jumped all in on creating a food truck to serve the people in and around McCall Idaho. 

 

I have always loved waffles. A wonderful comfort food that is great any time of the day. A Liege waffle is hearty and sweet, overwhelming yet subtle. I truly believe it is one of the best-kept secrets of Belgium and I look forward to sharing it with you.
